Job Preview at a Glance: 

Provide timely, evidenced-based clinical and non-clinical support services to adults, children, and adolescents. Services will include intakes, assessments, treatment planning, psychiatric support, and group interventions. All services will be guided by the Jason K Principles and delivered according to guidelines set forth by the RBHA and OBHL.

Location:  Phoenix 85021

Schedule:  Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay starts at $19.58 hourly

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Function as an integral part of an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment or case plans, assessments criteria and programmatic goals, objectives, and activities.
  • Provides clinical assessment.
  • Develops treatment plans for clients in conjunction with team members.
  • Attends and participate in in-service training sessions and related training opportunities as made available, as well as appropriate staff meetings.
  • Documents client service provided according to the approved clinical standard rules, regulations, and procedures of the center.
  • Educates other providers and Stakeholders regarding the program and services available as requested.
  • Will coordinate closely with case managers and staff from other providers.
  • Provides therapy and/or clinical case management for a full caseload of families and/or their individual members.
  • Provides community consultation and education to community agencies, schools, and neighborhood groups

Education & Qualifications:

  • Minimum requirement consists of 21-year age
  • Bachelor’s Degree required and a minimum of 1 year experience in the Behavioral Health field (Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work).
  • Required to maintain a valid Arizona driver’s license and pass motor vehicle screening for insurance purposes in order to transport clients, based upon need/requirements of the clinic and/or program.
  • Required to maintain personal auto insurance per SBH guidelines.
  • Required to be available weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays as scheduled.
  • Certification of CPR and First Aid Training.
  • Must be eligible and/or have a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card through the Arizona Department of Public Safety within 90 days of hire.
