We are looking for a Sr. Network Administrator to join our Information System Technology team!!
A Sr. Network Admin relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Install, configures and maintains organization’s network. Builds networks and maintains external and internal web presence, administers the networks. Performs system backups on its internal and external network servers. Designs and support server system(s) and supporting software. Has expert knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Establishes network specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements, designing router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols.
Establishes network by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, and latency: planning and executing the selection, installation. Configuration, and testing of equipment; defining network policies and procedures; establishing connections and firewalls
Maintain network communication infrastructure that ensure a high quality, reliable network service and deliver communication system and solutions
Implement changes to configuration, user environment and data migration: support operating system activities.
Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation: maintaining documentation.
Prepares used by designing and conducting training programs; providing references and support.
Upgrades network by conferring with vendors, developing, testing, evaluating and installing enhancements.
Meets financial requirements by submitting information for budgets; monitoring expenses.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks: participating in professional organization and pursuing technical certifications
Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
Responsible for maintaining compliance with the SBH software policy as well as all other appropriate SBH policies.
Install and replace hardware and systems within established SLA timeframes,

Education & Qualifications:
Associate’s degree, or equivalent, in computer science or related field plus 8 years of related experience.
