We are currently seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead our front office staff at our 7th Ave Outpatient Clinic. Clinic is open Monday - Friday. Flexibility in work hours is a must!

In this position, you will be responsible for providing effective customer service to both internal and external SBH customers. This includes direct supervision of administrative positions such as Front Office Representative.

Duties: include training and evaluation of administrative staff, delegating work assignment/work schedules, adjusting assignments to accommodate priority needs, determining staffing needs and making hiring decisions. You will receive direction on a daily basis from the Program Director and works as team with other clinical and medical professional staff. Requires the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and field multiple duties in an efficient manner.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree plus two years supervisory experience, or various college level courses along with four to six years overall related experience in an office setting with two of those years in a supervisory position.
Computer skills required including database management and reporting skills.
Experience working in a behavioral health setting preferred.
