We are seeking a full time Driver to join our Payson Outpatient Team! This is a Monday – Friday position and flexibility with working hours is required. Will work weekends as needed.
In this position you will be responsible for transporting our clients to and from appointments in the Payson and surrounding areas. This position will report directly to the Operations Manager. The candidate must be self-motivated and handle own schedule, maps/directions and transport responsibilities with minimal special instructions. Work is performed in company provided vehicle.
Hours will vary during weekday and some evening assignments may be required.
This position will report directly to the Operations Manager.
Required to have and maintain a valid Arizona driver's license.
Must have the ability to pass and/or obtain a fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
Must meet current SBH insurance requirements for acceptable drivers with three years of clean driving record.
Will be required to successfully complete Defensive Driving Class and CPR/First Aid Course.
Past experience as a driver or with behavioral health services preferred but not required.
