SB&H is currently hiring for a Director of Total Rewards & HRIS to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you’ll develop and direct the strategic planning, design, implementation and administration of the organization’s total rewards function. You will evaluate HR structure, processes and team plan for continuous improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the group. The Total Rewards function includes HR technology, compensation, benefits and employee programs. Contribute to SB&H’s continued growth by ensuring pay structures and benefit plans are cost-effective and remain competitive to attract, retain and develop a quality workforce.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Manage the planning and implementation of a human capital management (HCM) system

  • Analyze and recommend competitive benefit programs

  • Design and implement reward and recognition programs to create a strong culture of recognition and employee engagement

  • Serves as HR Lead in metrics and statistical data report development

  • Develop and educate employees and managers on total rewards, compensation, benefits, and employee programs

  • Serve as a subject matter expert providing advice to staff and management, consistent with employee standards and legislative guidelines

    A successful candidate will have:

  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field

  • 8+ years of progressive experience within Human Resources

  • 2+ years supervisory experience

  • Solid working knowledge of HRIS systems

  • Experience in benefits and performance management required

  • Familiarity with HCM systems
