Direct Care Provider - Inpatient Pool Staff / PRN

Base payrate:  $18.00 & eligibility for shift differential

As a Direct Care Provider, Pool – Inpatient, you will be reporting to one of our knowledgeable Program Coordinator, and you will be at the forefront of delivering compassionate passionate care to our members.   You will have the opportunity to be a Life Coach, and build trust with our members by being involved with their daily activities, and meeting with them individually or in a group setting, no two days are the same.   In this position you will be able to use your creativity when assisting or members with activities like self-care, and relaxation techniques.    This is the job for you and we EMPOWER you to apply!

Ideally, we are looking for a candidate who emphasizes our Core Values of compassion, quality, empowerment, innovation and trust.  We are looking for you to have a with minimum age requirement of 22, minimum of a high school diploma or GED with a minimum of two years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a passion to learn the behavioral health field.
