We are currently seeking a CSR Supervisor to join our Kingman Outpatient Clinic team! This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week and schedule ranges from Monday through Friday 8 AM to 7 PM.

In this position, you will be responsible for providing effective customer service to both internal and external SBH customers. This includes direct supervision of administrative positions such as CSRs, Eligibility Specialist, Drivers and Prescriber Case Aide.  Duties include training and evaluation of administrative staff, delegating work assignment/work schedules, adjusting assignments to accommodate priority needs, determining staffing needs and making hiring decisions.  You will receive direction on a daily basis from the Program Director and works as team with other clinical and medical professional staff. Requires the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and field multiple duties in an efficient manner.


  • High School Diploma or GED required plus two years direct experiance or various college level courses along with four to six year ovall related experience. 

  • Two years of supervisory experience also required. 

  • Experience working in a behavioral health setting preferred. 

  • Computer skills required including database management and reporting skills.

  • Must have fingerprint clearance issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety or be eligible to receive within eight (8) weeks of hire
