We are seeking a Children’s Case Manager for our Bullhead City Outpatient Clinic. This is a full time position with hours worked being flexible during operating hours of 8:00 am – 7:00 pm Monday –Friday, based on client/clinic needs.

In this position you will provide direct services in the home or office. Interventions may be 1:1 and group based.  Performs crisis stabilization functions as needed. Assists client and parent/guardian in resourcing with the community. Conducts assessments and completes necessary paperwork. Serves as central support for C/A or adult clients. Performs case management functions as needed. These functions may include Respite services, Behavior coaching, consumer medication monitoring, clinical care coordination between resources within and outside the agency. Arranges for transportation for consumers and family members as needed. Maintains accurate, thorough and current documentation of contact with consumers, treatment progress and services received/provided.

Minimum requirement consists of a Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of full-time behavioral health experience, plus valid driver's license and motor vehicle clearance. Experience working with children and their families is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience totaling five years is acceptable. Case Managers are expected to have their own reliable transportation to get to and from home visits in case the company car is being used by a fellow employee.
