Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance

We offer a wide variety of plans to support each employee's individual needs. A base plan is offered and 100 percent employer-paid for individual coverage. Upgraded plans and dependent coverage are also available to accommodate the type of coverage that you are seeking.

Retirement Planning

SB&H employees are invited to participate in our 403(b) retirement program and will match 20 percent of your contributions after 1 year of employment.

Holiday, Vacation Time & Sick Leave

In addition to 10 paid holidays, full-time SBH employees are eligible to receive vacation time, accruable by pay period, up to two weeks within their first year of employment and can realize up to five weeks of paid vacation time after 10 years of service. Employees are also permitted up to 48 hours of sick time. Any unused sick time after each year is split evenly between vacation and catastrophic leave banks.

Merit Based Pay Increases

Southwest Behavioral & Health Services recognizes the importance of quality work provided by our employees. Employees receive performance evaluations after their first six months of service and annually thereafter.

National Health Services Corps (NHSC) Designation

Southwest Behavioral & Health Services is an accredited NHSC facility. NHSC Loan Repayment Program is open to licensed primary care medical, dental, and mental and behavioral health providers who are employed by accredited sites. The NHSC offers three loan repayment options for primary care providers who work at approved sites in communities in need. If you are a professional in one of several job classifications or skill areas, you may qualify for student loan repayment.
